- Click on the "Control Panel" link.
- Click on the "Custom Properties" link.
- Select the custom property set you wish to edit by clicking on it.
- Click on the "Fields" link on the toolbar.
- A prompt for a new field will automatically appear.
- Enter the appropriate information to enter a new field.
- Click on the "Add" button to add the new field.
This new field cannot be marked as "Required"
- Click on the "Control Panel" link.
- Click on the "Custom Properties" link.
- Select the custom property set you wish to edit by clicking on it.
- Click on the "Fields" link on the toolbar.
- The "Custom Property Fields" window will appear.
- Click on the appropriate "Delete" button located on each row to delete the field.
Note: This action is not reversible and you will permanently lose the
data values for deleted fields.
- Click on the "Control Panel" link.
- Click on the "Custom Properties" link.
- Select the custom property set you wish to edit by clicking on it.
- Click on the "Fields" link on the toolbar.
- The "Custom Property Fields" window will appear.
- Change the order of the displayed fields by clicking on the up and down arrows that appear in the far-right column of this screen.
- Click on the "Control Panel" link.
- Click on the "Custom Properties" link.
- Select the custom property set you wish to edit by clicking on it.
- Click on the "Custom Property Settings" link on the toolbar.
- The "Custom Property Settings" screen will appear.
- Edit the prompt labeled "Caption" to make the desired change.
Only the System Administrator can define or edit Custom Property Sets.
